As an economic development executive Scott oversaw $22 billion in capital investment and 20,000 jobs to the Beehive State. He specializes in bridging the gap between global firms and public authorities to unlock sustainable economic growth and large-scale innovation hubs for communities.

Managing Director
Bio: Former CFO, Big 4 consultant, and development executive.
A veteran of Goldman Sachs and PwC, Lance specializes in the financial architecture of large-scale development and infrastructure. He has managed an $8 billion public finance portfolio and directed capitalization strategies for over $1.3 billion in development pipelines in the Mountain West in Utah and Arizona.

Pete is a veteran strategist with decades of experience shaping the brands and narratives that drive the Mountain West’s economy across Utah and Nevada. Most recently, Pete served as a Managing Director at the Utah Governor’s Office of Economic Opportunity (Go Utah), where he led marketing and communications for the state’s primary economic development initiatives.

Bio: Former Arizona Governor’s Office of Planning and Budget.
Under the Governor, Gregory coordinated strategic planning for 35 cabinet-level agencies and developed key fiscal tools to assess the state’s credit rating. Currently he performs economic incentives analysis and supports capital investment program management. Experience across Utah, Arizona, and Washington, D.C.
